Calling All Pie Makers
Calling All Pie Makers
UCW will be making apple pies for Christmas. For $7.00 you can
take home a delicious, ready-to-bake pie. The pies must be
pre-ordered so please add your name and how many pies you want on the
form at the back table in the church. Orders for Christmas will be
taken until November 4 or our pie quota is reached, whichever comes
first. So order early and order often!

Your Church Needs You!
Morning Worship Service: "Fresh" faces needed to take part in the morning Worship Service during the announcement portion of the service. Many hands make light work. Speak with John Redstone.
Storytelling: Are you a storyteller at heart? Are you willing to share your gifts with others? We would love to put your talents to good use in the children's story time on Sunday morning. Speak with John Redstone or Rev. Paul to begin this exciting journey!
Scouting Liaison: A volunteer is needed from the congregation to be the liaison between the Scouting Group Committee and the Unified Board. The volunteer will attend the Scouting Group Committee meetings. To become part of this outreach or for more information, please speak with Kelley Thompson or Bill Mahaffy.

Silver Falls Brown Bag Lunch Program
Thanks to the generosity of the people of Silver Falls Church we now have enough of the staples for the Brown Bag Lunch Program. We will keep you informed of required items as the need arises. There is, of course, always a need to purchase the perishables so any cash/gift cards would certainly be appreciated. A full report will be given during the month of November. Thank you, from your Brown Bag Lunch Committee!
Your continued generous spirit can now be appreciated by the Xmas Exchange Committee.
With your help, we can share Godís love with those students in need.
